Waitlist Reservation:
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot on the waitlist.
Deposits are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and guarantee your pick of the litter in the order received.
Your spot on the waitlist is confirmed once the deposit is received.
Deposit Details:
The deposit amount will be applied toward the final cost of your puppy.
If your chosen puppy is not available, the deposit may be transferred to a future litter.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment Methods:
We accept Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal only.
Payment details will be provided when you are ready to secure your spot.
Please include your name and contact information when sending your deposit.
Puppy Selection:
Puppy picks will be done in the order that deposits are received.
If you do not make your selection when notified, we will move to the next person on the list.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due before or at the time of pickup.
Payment must be completed via Zelle or PayPal.

Our puppies come with a two to four-year health guarantee to ensure you receive a happy and healthy companion. Each puppy is:
Vet-Checked: Examined by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new home.
Microchipped: For identification and safety.
Vaccinated: Comes with two rounds of shots to protect against common diseases.
Dewormed: Treated to ensure they are parasite-free.
Included with Your Puppy:
A toy for comfort and play.
A blanket with familiar scents for an easier transition.
A starter supply of food to maintain their current diet.
Two bowls for food and water.

Adoption Eligibility:
Adopters must be at least 18 years old and able to provide a safe, loving, and responsible home.
We reserve the right to screen potential adopters to ensure the best fit for our puppies.
If renting, we may ask for written confirmation from your landlord or property management verifying that pets are allowed in your home.
Reservation and Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the waitlist and your pick of the litter.
The deposit will be applied toward the final adoption fee.
Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accepted payment methods are Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle only.
Adoption Fee:
The total adoption fee includes the cost of the puppy, health guarantee, vaccinations, microchip, deworming, and starter supplies.
Full payment must be made before or at the time of pickup.
Puppy Pickup and Delivery:
We offer the option to meet locally (Inland Empire, CA) for pickup for no fee, delivery (only California, additional fees of $200-600 added to final cost), or Flight Nanny (additional fee of $800- or to arrange shipping of your new fur baby.
Shipping arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon prior to finalizing the adoption.
We will work with you to ensure safe and comfortable transportation for your puppy, whether through ground or air travel.
Breeding Rights:
All puppies are sold as pet-only and do not come with breeding rights unless explicitly stated in the adoption agreement.
Breeding rights are only granted for select breeds and are reserved for adopters with proven breeding experience.
Tiny Toy breeds are never sold with breeding rights under any circumstances.
The adopter agrees that, without written permission, the puppy will not be used for breeding.
The puppy must be spayed or neutered by the age specified in the Adoption Agreement (typically between 6 to 12 months), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Proof of spay/neuter must be provided to the breeder within 30 days of completion.
Failure to comply with the spay/neuter agreement may result in legal action, and the breeder reserves the right to reclaim ownership of the dog.
Breeder’s Rights:
We reserve the right to retain any puppy from a litter for our own breeding program or other purposes.
We maintain the right to refuse or cancel an adoption at any point if we determine that the placement is not in the best interest of the puppy. In such cases, any deposit made will be refunded.
The breeder reserves the right to be notified if the adopter can no longer care for or keep the puppy, and we may assist with rehoming or take the puppy back.
Health Guarantee:
We are committed to providing healthy, happy puppies. All of our puppies come with a two to four-year health guarantee and are thoroughly checked by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new homes.
Each puppy includes the following:
Health Check: Examined by a licensed veterinarian.
Microchip: For permanent identification and safety.
Vaccinations: Two rounds of shots to protect against common diseases.
Deworming: Treated to ensure they are parasite-free.
Additionally, your puppy will come with:
A toy for comfort and play.

Adoption Agreement:
All adopters are required to sign an Adoption Agreement acknowledging the terms and conditions of adoption, including the health guarantee, breeder’s rights, and care requirements.
Returns and Rehoming:
If, for any reason, you are unable to keep your puppy, we ask that you contact us first to discuss rehoming options. We are committed to ensuring the well-being of our puppies and will work with you to find the best solution.
